Lead Pastor

Daniel Davis

Daniel serves as the lead pastor of Redemption Church Pearland. He was born and raised in Brazoria County, Texas and he currently lives in Alvin, Texas. Daniel and his wife Joy have 5 amazing kids. Growing up a church kid and avid reader, Daniel has always loved words and truth and wonder. The beauty, truth, and goodness of the gospel captured his imagination at a young age. Stories, sermons, and songs that communicate the gospel have been transformative in his life. So over the past 20 years he has sought to cultivate and share more of those good things with the world.

Executive Pastor

Jason Hess

As Executive Pastor, Jason has responsibilities for carrying out the vision for Redemption, through administration, preaching/teaching, pastoral care, and more. Jason has been in vocational ministry since 1994, serving churches in Texas and Virginia in student pastor and lead pastor roles. He is married to Mandy, and they live in Houston right off 288. When not working on Redemption-specific items, you can find Jason at the gym (he enjoys working out), reading books (he’s a theology and apologetics nerd), or spending time with Mandy catching up on shows they enjoy.
